Parent Involvement and Volunteering
To help make karate an enjoyable experience for your child, our instructors need your involvement. Organizing, transporting and supervising children at the various clinics, tournaments and outings is necessary; a task the instructors cannot undertake without your participation. Please consider joining us in this portion of the program - the children will thank you.
Parent volunteers are needed to make tournaments operate smoothly and successfully. Appropriate training will be provided to volunteers.

Your Child's Progress
Formal examinations are held several times per year. Children develop skills at different rates; as such only those who, in the instructors opinion, have developed sufficient skill are promoted. Those completing the requirements will be promoted to the next level. Your child would be presented a certificate and (where appropriate) a new colored belt. There is a cost for the successful promotion to a new belt.

Dropping off and picking up your child
In the best interests of your child's health and safety, and to promote effective communication between the instructors and parents, please enter the facility, bringing your child directly to or from the training area. We encourage parents to remain and view their child's training.
